March 16th, 2010· Now works on Windows 7.
· Improved Windows Vista support for installations on non-Administrator accounts.
· Bug fixes for which sometimes prevented GeoTag locations from being saved.
Online/Offline nodes text changed to help clarify what they mean:
· Online = harddisks always available. Offline = CD, DVD, BluRay's, etc. which are often not immediately available because the disk isn't in the drive, but still need to be able to search and show thumbnails.
· Easier to connect DBGallery clients to the central database in the Enterprise version.
· Warning message in the Enterprise version if adding photo folders that are not on a network path.
· Improvements in Logical Views when settings prevent images from being displayed.
Bug Fixes:
· Fix for an error which would occur in some cases when saving Agency data.
· Count of multiple images selected shows at all appropriate times.
· Fixed a problem in some functionality areas for Microsoft's HD Photo format (.wdp) in Windows XP.
· Fixes with the Offline View button.

· Added search fields Category and Supplemental Category in the main window's Data tab.
· Fixed a bug where apostrophe's in a tree in Logical Views didn't display the resulting image thumbs.
March 16th, 2010· Data Presets. Setup data templates/presets for commonly used sets of data, then apply that set of data to any number of images.
· GPS and GeoTagging. Latitude and Longitude coordinates are read for a new Map View, a GPS Quick Info Card has been added, and for most of us who don't have a GPS device attached to our camera, the simple dragging and dropping of a map marker can set the location coordinates of photos. See the GeoTagging Quick Tour for more screenshots.
· Keyword count added (in data edit mode and QuickInfo Card).
· Add Categories to the set of IPTC panels and data. Supports Category and Supplimental Categories and are stored in standard IPTC metadata areas of the file for reading by other programs (Adobe Bridge, etc. ) and websites (Shutterpoint, etc.).
· Reports display values in local format, as set in the Windows Control Panel. I.e. £ is displayed in the UK and a $ in the US.
· Improved reading of data entered via Vista's Explorer. Comments are read into DBGallery's Notes field.
· Data Diff's dialog now accepts Escape(close the window) and Enter keys (select the item).
· F5 key calls Re-Sync Folder, as per F5 typically performing a context-sensitive refresh in Windows.
· Diffs window acts like a true popup. I.e. it works in a more natural way.
· Added View menu option: "Full Data View (selected thumbs)".
· Added Rating (1 to 5 stars). May set this as a photo attribute and search on this field. (Search option for this shown in the top left corner of Map View screenshot above.)
· Orientation of a photo may be searched, via a Landscape/Portrait option in the main search area. (See top left corner of Map View screenshot above.)
Bug fixes:
