- added SHA3-256 and SHA3-512 support (via the Keccak Code Package)

- all release binaries starting with this version will be digitally signed, and will display "Open Source Developer, Christopher Gurnee" as the verified publisher
- safety/consistency improvements:
- never saves a partial Checksum file—it's either completed or it's deleted
- better visibility of file read errors during Checksum file creation

- [HashSave] Workaround for a bug in versions of Windows prior to Vista that causes an extra separator to be added to the context menu under certain circumstances.
- [HashProp] The secondary default font for the results display in the file properties dialog is now Lucida Console instead of Courier New because the latter is not as readable at small sizes. This fallback font is used only if the user has not selected a custom font and the primary default font (Consolas) is not available.
