- Improve overall image loading memory usage. It no longer loads the full image and scale it down. It decodes it at desired resolution.

- Improve thumb creation. No more background color to save few storage spaces. Multi-Level thumb queue design. All thumbs will be all created by priorities.
- Add real time thumb resize. The thumb size in Preferences is only for info. You can change it to smaller if you want. However, it only saves few storage spaces, not memory usage.
