What's new in Kaldin 3.0
May 14, 2015- Administration Section:
- Administrative section of Kaldin has got more factors added in the otherwise vast variety of components.
- Search Question Papers:
- It becomes really hard when your firm conducts exams on a regular basis and there are hundreds and thousands of question papers created in the admin.
- That's where the whole exam scheduling task becomes really difficult. The admin now doesn't need to fiddle through the question papers. He is now able to search a question paper directly by inserting it in the brand new search box.

- New filter added for complexty while adding the question:
- Now admin can set up the level of complexity as per the level of exam being conducted. Admin can schedule the exam with complexities: Beginners, Intermediate and Expert.
- Candiate Section:
- Kaldin is now equipped with many more new UI options and other enhancements. These enhancements let the user have a whole new experience of giving an online exam.
- New Enhanced UI for the candidate section to make the exam giving process more user friendly:
- The new and improved Candidate section of Kaldin helps the candidate throughout the exam in providing him detailed information in a very user friendly manner.
- The new UI lets the user easily find out:
- The questions that he has marked for review
- The questions that he has attempted
- The questions that he has skipped
- Current question
- All questions
- Added option mark to review later for the Question:
- Now, the candidates can mark the questions for Review, which they can attempt later after they are done with the other questions
- Provided Labels For Attempted, For Review, Skipped and Current with New UI and Improved user experiance while giving the text:
- New labels are added on the left as an index for the candidate, which lets him know the exact status of the questions at a glance.

- Newly added features:
- Timezone feature:
- Kaldin has provided with one of the important feature of Timezone. With this feature it has enabled admin user to create and schedule exams for his candidates within different timezones . Timezone feature does the job of integrating Admin user's timezone with the servers timezone. Administrator user just need to select his prefered timezone while creating exam.
- Customizable Email Templates:
- Kaldin have provided with email templates that will get triggered as per pre-defined conditions occurs. Kaldin have allowed its admin user to manage this email templates.There are Four different email templates from Kaldin side. Admin can customize this email templates by applying various different actions provided.
- User Profile Required: Get Candidates profile details by asking them to fill their profile when they are logged in.
