  • File export - Changes made to allow the user to specify the QSL file export \path\filename and for Logger32 to remember it The same has also been applied to the two backup selections (Logbook & User files). Both changes simplify the generating of backups without having to specify the path each time.
  • Under some circumstances the Previous QSOs Windows populated, cleared, and populated a second time. Bug cleared.
  • Change made so that Search Window does not automatically close when the Logbook Page Window looses focus.
  • Minor bug associated with the Internet callsign window that didn't close on clicking on a new spot report cleared.
  • A VSC (Virtual SteppIR Controller) introduced. See new antenna icon on the icon bar.
  • Logbook Entry window now allows the form style/colour of the user. Previously the form was fixed in Windows classic colours.

  • Bug cleared whereby transverter offset was not being applied in the Orion support software when setting the radio frequency via the CAT control.
  • A simple sanity check for the user defined transverter freq offset has been added.
  • When using "incremented time" on entering QSOs manually the TIME_OFF field was being populated with 00:00:00.
  • When using dual radios in SO2R a DXspot selected from the DXSpot table worked correctly but doing the same from the DXSpot map caused Logger32 to crash when a change of radio was involved.
  • A number of cosmetic changes have been made to:

  • There has been a MAJOR rewrite of the Stats and database referential integrity code to make things faster, and to see test changes to the IOTA query window (the ? next to the IOTA field on the logbook entry window) and the IOTA activity window. A recalc stats for all logbooks will be required.

  • The use of the CW $log$ macro could cause a lock up in the telnet window if no callsign was entered. Bug cleared.
  • Changes made to CW Machine callsign editing to be compatible with the Logbook Callsign editing. Previously the left/right arrows moved between the callsign field and the CW text field. This has been changed to Up/Dn Arrows.
  • Attempted to clear a bug that causes red lining in the MMVari AUX windows. A fix has been made but the real problem lies within the MMvari software
  • If the User field FREQ-RX was set up in the log input window but left blank , ".000" was placed in the RX FREQ column in the logbook. Bug corrected so as to leave this column blank - as before.
  • Bug fixed where auto-populate of user fields on the logbook entry window would not work correctly if the clear callsign on QSY option was enabled.
  • If the BAND column/field WAS displayed in the logbook then Logger32 behaved correctly when editing the mode from CW to SSB and/or vice versa but if the BAND column was NOT displayed then the editing of the mode did not correctly change the report (59/599) figures.. Bug cleared.
  • Bug fixed where returning focus to the logbook entry window with a callsign in the callsign field that is the same as the last highlighted callsign on the logbook page window would fail to populate the status bars correctly.
  • The CW Machine macros did not handle embedded characters correctly. Bug corrected
  • Changes were made for the 3.32 release that rewrote the underlying code to handle focus changes of the Logbook entry Window. Bob Furzer was still not satisfied with the way it looks/works so the code was rewritten again.
  • The IOTA Activity window now allows sort by IOTA, Call, Island Group, and Start Date Columns.
  • Bug cleared whereby the Export QSL file facility printed the header line twice
  • Code changed to that when using DIG and/or PHO in the Worked/Confirmed Window, the QSO B4 THIS BAND/MODE option compares QSOs for DIG and/or PHO and not by logged mode as before.
  • Bug fix. Sort order of the Logbook Page Window is correctly remembered following a search and QSO selection.
  • Change made so the External Interface is notified when user aborts an eQSL Export or a LoTW Export.
  • Changes made to the way some macros are handled in the CW Machine to clear a couple of reported bugs.
  • Change made to DX Spot Window caption. ( to include operator)
  • Change made so the changing the DX Spot Window selection for all operators to current operator
  • (and the other way) now goes through all DX Spots in the DXSpot window and changes colors as necessary. Previously only new spots received after the selection was changed reflected the new color. Spots already received were left unchanged.
  • Changes made in an attempt to handle unplugged USB cables better.
  • Changes made to the 'feel' of the QSO Search Window' -- Things like changing Sort Order by clicking on the Logbook Page while Search Window open.
  • DX Spot Window menu SETUP | APPEARANCE | COLOR SELECTION & AUDIO ALERTS FOR THIS OPERATOR ONLY has been removed. DX Spot Windows statistice (worked/confirmed etc) are derived from the Worked/Confirmed Window.
  • 'This operator only' colors/alerts now follow the Worked/Confirmed Window menu selection.
  • New Menus added to the Worked/Confirmed Window that allows the user to select what QSO confirmed information is displayed. This selection will also effect the colours shown in the DX Spot table. In addition the title bar to the DX Spot
  • and the Worked/confirmed windows now displays the operator and QSL type selected.
  • Added CALL to the list of columns on the 425 DX Window on which the user can sort.
  • Code added to QSL, eQSL and LotW Export that saves the path /file information last used.
  • The following changes made to the CW Machine:
  • To match WinKey, the intercharacter stretch has been changed from ~ (in the public release) to |. Also, to match WinKey, the stretch time has been changed from adding 50% to the intercharacter time to adding 50% of a dot to the intercharacter time.
  • In an effort to match WinKey, prosigns $ = SX, ; = AA, < = AR and > = SK have been added to the software keyer.

  • c) There is a note in the documentation that software prosigns = + & ! and @ can not be included in macros. This has been changed.
  • If a DX Spot from a SH/DX/nn command was a duplicate (and filter dupes was checked), then the time field of the original DX Spot was set to nothing. Bug cleared.

  • Cleared a minor bug relating to fonts and colours associated with the logbook window and the bandmaps.
  • If a change frequency command is issued to an FT-450 that would change the radios band, the command string to the radio is prefixed with a BSxx command.
  • If there is no rotor selected (for the current band), the $rotor$ macro is now ignored.
  • Kenwood TS-480 added as a radio type.
  • The DX activity window derived from 425DX information now supports new columns associated with IOTA data.
  • It is now possible to consolidate the DIGital and PHOne Modes in the Worked/Confirmed Window. New menus added (Right click on Worked/Confirmed Window) which allow the user to make presentation choices.
  • The underlying code that controls events surrounding the callsign field of the logbook entry window has been rewrittenrewritten.
  • A variable "weight" option has been added to the software version of the CW machine.
  • Logger32 now allows the user to enter FREQ_RX in the preferred format (just like FREQ).
  • The exporting of Stats data now supports Tab and comma delimited files (.CSV and TSV) in place of .TXT files.
  • When a callsign is entered into the Logbook Entry Window a checkmark will be displayed if the QSO partner is a LotW user, provided that Logger32 has already downloaded and generated a LotWUser32 database.
  • Minor bug corrected in the display of the Logbook following a QSO delete.
  • Cleared minor bug associated with the tabs in the tracking window.
  • Bug correction made to the Add QSO window where an edit in the DXCC pane (set in the ADIF field pane) followed by the use of the Primary Admin pull down menu gave the wrong information.

  • A minor bug with the default audio frequency for the soundcard has been corrected
  • Additional capability added to the external lookup interface. Callsign to be looked up is now written to a file in the application path called 'LookupCallsign.txt'. This is in addition to the previously documented interprocess messages.
  • Latest MMVARI.ocx contains yet more MFSK mode speeds.
  • NOTE: Only MFSK16 is a valid ADIF Mode. Until there is definitive information on what mode to log these strange MFSK modes, they all default to MFSK16.
  • More changes to M2 rotor support.
  • The capability to recognize a DX Spot station who is known to use LoTW has been added. A highlight color in the leftmost column of the DX Spot Window and the BandMap windows will indicate a station that uses LoTW.
  • A change has been made to the Winkey2 $msg(x)$ macro in the CW machine. Hopefully it now works.
  • Change made. It should no longer be necessary for the DX Spot window to be open for the BandMaps to display DX Spots.
  • Bug fixed where Secondary Admin Subdivision awards did not show the correct number of rows (no current/all-time totals were shown) on the middle grid).
