What's new in Model Air Design 2.4

  • There are two new aircraft models, the F4e Phantom II and the RC Hybrid Jet. Alternate liveries (paint schemes) for these two aircraft are included and can be found in the "New Designs" folder. Also, all the Help files were replaced with new ones that are easier to read.

New in Model Air Design 2.3 (Jan 23, 2023)

  • There are two new aircraft models, the Super Sport and the RC BobCat. Also, a new feature that allows the user to change the background image. We have included 5 new background images located in the V2.3 Install Folder. You can load any of these five, or any background image you may have. New updates and minor user interface changes, too.

New in Model Air Design 2.2 (Jan 18, 2022)

  • We have two new aircraft models, the Classic Jet and the RC Pattern. Also, the most requested change by users has been to be able to create a custom color for the background. Up to now, the choice was either a background image or a solid blue color. With this new version you can have any color you want in the background. New minor user interface changes, too.

New in Model Air Design 2.1 (Jan 29, 2021)

  • A new feature where the user can modify the paint scheme on their aircraft design.
  • Also, minor updates and new aircraft models replacing older ones.

New in Model Air Design 1.8 (Sep 8, 2017)

  • Model Air Design is not a Demo program anymore. It’s a Full version of the app as it stands now. It contains minor fixes and updates that users following this project will notice.

New in Model Air Design 1.7 (Dec 5, 2015)

  • This new V1.7 Demo program has a new user interface designed to work well with Windows PC desktops, laptops and the new PC touch screen tablets. There is a cool new function menu. The app has all new buttons that are large enough for big wide screens as well as the small tablet screens. There's also a couple of changes in the model lineup.

New in Model Air Design 1.6 (Dec 23, 2014)

  • The new V1.6 Demo program has 4 new aircraft models to choose from. The total number now is 12 aircraft models.The parts count has increased again which results in a greater variety of aircraft designs that can be created. Small changes to the user interface were made to make it more efficient.

New in Model Air Design 1.5 (May 31, 2014)

  • Updated Model Design Grid window. This grid is more useful when taking model dimensions. Also, the entire user interface has been enhanced to make navigation between windows easier. More Help files have been added. The R/C Flight Simulator has new Start, Stop and Reset buttons which are very useful especially for the new Intel Windows 8 tablets.

New in Model Air Design 1.4 (Oct 14, 2013)

  • New feature in Design Workshop where the aircraft model is placed on a grid for more accurate model dimensions

New in Model Air Design 1.3 (May 14, 2013)

  • Four additional aircraft added
  • R/C flight simulator updated
  • Also, aircraft design file can be saved and later retrieved

New in Model Air Design 1.2 (Nov 26, 2012)

  • It has a new R/C Flight Simulator module so you can watch your aircraft creation 'fly'.
  • Also, a much requested option has been added. You can now save your aircraft design in a file, which you can then retrieve later. We should have 4 more aircraft models, a total of 8, for our next Demo program update.

New in Model Air Design 1.1 (May 18, 2012)

  • Windows 7 is now supported.
