  • VeloCloud Token Authentication:
  • You can use an API token generated in the VeloCloud administration to log in to the SolarWinds Platform Web Console, instead of using a user and password.
  • Token-Based authentication for F5 iControl:
  • When you specify credentials for polling F5 nodes via iControl, the credentials are used for retrieving an API token. The token is further used for identification. Using API tokens for authentication improves both security and performance.

  • VeloCloud SD-WAN support:
  • Expanded SD-WAN support with additional visibility into VeloCloud devices. Users can enable SD-WAN monitoring on VeloCloud orchestrators to view information about the orchestrators and connected VeloCloud edge devices. Monitor VeloCloud SDWAN, including the discovery of the overlay network, traffic by path, and performance metrics by path. Discovery of the overlay includes visualization within maps.
  • Other features:
  • Improved Interface Status: Configured thresholds for interfaces (Interface Errors and Discards, Interface Percent Utilization) are now reflected in the interface status.

The ASP.NET Core cookie parser decodes entire cookie strings which could allow a malicious attacker to set a second cookie with the name being percent encoded.
