· BUG FIX: When checking in a file, only add separator lines to a contracted comment from the Comment keyword if the comment string that we're appending to already has some length to it.
· BUG FIX: Set Windows registry so Visual Studio 2003 and Visual Studio 2005 won't create ~sak temp files.
· In help file, update description of exclude extension file filters to be more helpful.
