  • Now the user has more flexible search way:
  • That Means, if the user want to something without specifying if the text must be exact word or start or end as the search work, he/she can just type the work without any wildcards (?,8*), if the user want it for example start with word text, he/she can type text* or text?. To search a file with an extension put *some_of_file_name*.txt or if you know exactly the file name just put it with its extension file_name.txt (for example the file is text file). If you dont know its extension just type file_name.* it will get all the files that has file_name as the file name.
  • Now all the filters easy to modify
  • Options menu is now under Tools.
  • Settings file is now in the same directory as the exectable file. Now Search Me is portable file, No need to install. But if you integrated it with windows context menu and you move the file to another folder you have to re-add it. Just un-check and re-check it from the Options.
