  • Previously, in some cases, an issue related to saving image import options to the import configuration file occurred. Now, it is corrected;

  • Improvements:
  • VirtueMart v.3.2.x, v.3.4, v.3.4.2 support has been implemented. Now, Store Manager is compatible with these versions of shopping cart
  • The possibility to give unique names to images that have same titles when uploading them on FTP.
  • Work with orders has been enhanced on Virtuemart 3.0.0+ versions.
  • From now on, when exporting products, the full product URL is being carried out to the file.

  • Feature:
  • Receipt printing via till printer feature has been added to POS in Store Manager.
  • Improvement:
  • VirtueMart v.3.0.18, v.3.2.0, v.3.2.1, v.3.2.2, v.3.2.4 support has been implemented. Now, Store Manager is compatible with these versions of shopping cart.
  • Fixes:
  • Previously, the existing shopper could not be edited. The issue has been fixed in this version of Store Manager.
  • Order notes added in POS are now correctly displayed in customer_note field in order grid for shopping cart versions 3.0 and higher.
  • The error that has returned, when the Custom SQL option “Show information about selected shoppers” was chosen, is now eliminated for shopping cart versions 3.0 and higher.
  • Order total in General Information tab of Orders section is now correctly calculated after applying a coupon code in POS system.
  • In some cases, there were taxes applied when “Apply no rule” condition has been selected in POS delivery and payment methods. The inconvenience has been corrected.
  • The issue with wrong final price calculation for products with tax rules has been fixed in current Store Manager version.
  • Order tax calculation in POS system has been corrected basing on the customer change.
  • Now, when adding a new Tax&Calculation Rule, the country it is applied to, is saved correctly.
  • The image name with hyphen punctuation mark “-“, changed to underscore symbol “_” after import. Now, this inconvenience is fixed.

  • Possibility to edit VirtueMart order has been added to Store Manager.
  • New order notifications will display in Store Manager after order is created at the store.

  • Previously there occurred issue with price regeneration triggered by Multi Variant form close. The problem has been fixed in this release of Store Manager application.
  • If some VirtueMart product had Custom Field of Multi Variant type, Ramification records were not saved in the grid.
  • Description” field did not display in “Custom Fields” grid. The problem has been eliminated and this field now shows in the grid.
  • Incorrect price calculation in Mass Product Changer has been fixed.
  • After Import Actions” SQL did not perform previously. The inconvenience has been eliminated and now it works correctly.

  • At the first export startup via Store Manager for VirtueMart, List Separator will be taken from operating system settings;

  • Formerly, if a product had child items and was added to order, all these child items were added to orders as well. The problem has been resolved and starting from this version of Store Manager for VirtueMart only selected products are added to order.

  • Features:
  • New Addon has been added in this Release. PDF Catalog Creator Addon is designed to allow store owners to create catalogs of their products in easy and understandable way. It allows to print catalog immediately or generate a PDF file which could be transferred to your partners, customers etc
  • Now you can assign skin for selected connection. This option can help you easily identify connection by skin design. You don?t need to modify settings for this action. Store Manager will do it automatically. When you change connection, skin will be changed by the program. Thus, you can quickly identify what connection you have according to color of skin
  • VirtueMart Custom Units support has been added to Store Manager. To add new units of measurement, you must firstly add them in backend and duplicate values in Edit window – click on ?customize button? to call it
  • Access Management Control has been implemented in current release. With VirtueMart Access Management you can give permissions to manage these or those sections in Store Manager. You can, for example, give permissions to view the information, but not to edit it. This option is very useful if you worry that your personnel could damage your data
  • Now you can copy/paste VirtueMart categories by means of newly-added functionality. You can duplicate categories in a few clicks
  • Pending Data is available in view mode only if you are using PHP bridge connection to database. You can edit pending data, using corresponding option if you?d like
  • The ability to export Shoppers to .csv file has been implemented to Store Manager for VirtueMart. It is possible to use Expressions in the process of data export. Now you can modify data (add, change, replace, logical functions and much more) ?on-the-fly? in process of export

  • New Features:
  • Support for version 2.x for VirtueMart has been added in this release. Please take into consideration: this release does not support old version 1.x of VirtueMart;
  • The ability to run scheduled Backup of store database has been added. Now you can do backup according to schedule: daily, weekly, monthly, or set any date you need. This option is useful for you if you want to have a permanent backup of the store locally on your computer. Also you can execute SQL command according to scheduled time. This option is used for regular operations with database – updating of statuses, quantities, changing of numbers, etc. You can run any operations available at the syntax of SQL commands to your store;
  • Ability to assign products to categories by means of drag-and-drop technology has been added;
  • Import\Export feature has been added in this release of the program. Now you can export products to .csv file and import data to VirtueMart store via Store Manager;

  • Multilanguage store support has been added to the program. Now you can add more info about store products in the tab of the program what is responsible for the desired language;

  • Basic reports of Store Manager have been processed with ver.2.0.8 support. Invoice and Delivery slip have been implemented to the program;
  • Now you can export reports to different formats: TIFF, HTML, Excell, XML, RTF, BMP-image, JPEG-image, GIF-image, PDF file, CSV file, Open Document Spreadsheet, Open Document Text, text file, emial;
  • Language support for the program interface has been added. To change it, go to the Preferences window and choose the Localization section. Automated Product Import addon will be available in commercial version of program.
  • Settings section: New automatic connection wizard has been implemented. Now you can use Simple or Advanced mode for configuration of settings. All you need for Simple mode is just to fill in FTP settings. All the rest will be done by our Connection Wizard. If you are familiar with communication protocols you can use Advanced mode.
  • Switch Connection Button allows you to quickly connect to multiple stores (one at a time) by switching connection configurations that you have to set up previously.
