* bugfix : the import contact feature located in the "Publish" step of TOWeb was not always detection the MS Outlook or the Vista WinMail application and may have displayed an empty contact list in such a case

* improvement : maximum width and height of external website links are now enlarged to 1024×1600 pixels instead 640×800 pixels
* improvement : a computer shutdown option is now available at the bottom the screen while publishing. This option may be useful for a big website taking hours to publish and if you don't want your computer to stay up and running thereafter. If the publication is not successful the computer will not be shutdown. As you computer will be automatically shutdowned, make sure you don't have any other application running with unsaved data before to use this feature !
