Your chats can now be shared in realtime between all of your Trillian devices, meaning you can stand up from your desk, grab your phone, and keep chatting exactly where you left off. Trillian shares chats between all devices in realtime:
· Hop off the home computer and continue chatting on the couch via the family iPad. Seamlessly switch between your mobile phone and work computer throughout your work day.
Trillian supports optional cloud-based storage of chats:
· A crashed hard drive won’t take years of chatting history with it, and new devices are instantly initialized and up-to-date with your chat history – even mobile phones!
Trillian uses presence technology to know where you’re active and makes notification decisions accordingly:
· For example, stay on Trillian for Android all day at work and you’ll receive no C2DM notifications, buzzes, or sounds because you’re active on your desktop.
Trillian works out-of-the-box on all major IM services that support multiple points of presence, regardless of their particular nuances:
· For example, some services send messages to devices marked ‘online’ and not ‘away’, and others target messages to individual devices. The result can mean fragmented or one-sided conversations depending on the device. Trillian deals with all of this for you and keeps your chat windows tidy and sane.

December 15th, 2010· We’ve fixed what we hope to be the last of the major CPU bugs in this build, so please let us know how things work for you.
· The activity history crash has been fixed, and AIM users will be happy to hear that we’ve increased the limit for sending messages to AIM chat rooms in this build.
· Also of note: the history servers have been reset for a final quiet testing period, so you will notice another round of data importing and synchronization.
December 10th, 2010· We’ve worked on fixing many bugs with message rendering (Skype, group chats, Yahoo ordering) and also made various improvements to tackle the CPU usage bug some of you have reported.
· There may be a handful of lingering CPU issues in this build
· A batch of other bugs have been fixed for Build 28 as well.
December 1st, 2010· Build 27 includes code that will test the history synchronization quietly; sync will not be exposed and visible to users! This is an important test that will allow us to simulate production load and make last minute fixes to the servers.
· During the test, no personal information or actual conversation history is being sent. You will have the choice to opt out of history synchronization completely once we officially unveil it; for now, randomly generated character arrays are being used to test server load.
· Unless something goes catastrophically wrong, the full functionality should be unveiled to users in the next few builds. Additionally, now that our server migration is complete, builds will be released more frequently again.
· A handful of important bugs were also smashed in Build 27.

May 4th, 2010· Fixed an additional round of bugs and continued to improve and tweak Instant Lookup.
· New “featured” links to Instant Lookup, which are contextually relevant to the term you’re looking up! Right now you should expect to see news articles across the web that have something to do with the lookup term.
· We’ll be listening closely to user feedback and tweaking things when necessary – this feature is optional and can be completely disabled should you wish to return to older behavior.
