February 20th, 2009· This version (officially version 2) has added to it the ability to import and export site/page content to other language nodes. This is valuable, in my opinion, in that out-of-the-box variations cannot push content from any node except the Source Node (label). So now, with the Variations Editor, you have the ability to take a non-source node's content and push it to another node. So if you have a Spanish site for Spain and need a new site for Mexico, you don't have to translate the Source node (English in my case) after creating a new heirarchy. You just Export the content in the Spain site to the Mexico site. Done.
