Feb 8, 2014- Bug fix when trying to execute a program (EXE file) on idle and also on resume, only the first one was executed.

- Bug fixed when trying to set the idel time threshold larger then 999 seconds
- Idle time threshold maximum time is now 99999 seconds
- No need to run as admin
