Many people are receiving the following error:

· The error is caused by Weather.com not associating an icon with the current conditions. This never use to happen, something at Weather.com is now broken in the their xml feed. So, we have captured the error and displayed the N/A icon ..

· Added new setting: Quick Image Viewer Stay on Top - Quick image viewer will stay on top of all program windows when checked.
