April 5th, 2007· Client Manager (beta). A new feature is added to Client Manager. Before offering reports to your clients via Report Viewer, you can customize the reports with your brand, i.e. set up a header, a footer, a style and a logo for the exported reports. You can also configure the report tab names, images for splash screen, Log in, Connection settings dialog windows, fill out contents of the About window.
· Report Vieweris a new tool to share reports with your customers. Configure the settings that give access to statistical reports for your site. Other people can browse the reports you've shared by using a small utility - Report Viewer.
· In addition to the HitLens and Monitoring reports, the Ranking and Submission reports become supported in version 6.5.
· Note: We are working on making all tools' reports available through Report Viewer.
· Publishing.A new feature is added. Now you can automatically publish reports into Report Viewer immediately after the scheduled task (e.g. ranking check) is completed. Even if you are not in front of your computer now, your customers will be able to receive the report right after it is generated using their Report Viewer.
· Note: Only Submission and Ranking reports can be published at the moment, though we are working on making all scheduled tasks available for publishing.
· Keep track of your activities. Web CEO Journal records time you've spent working with different tools. Get detailed reports on time spent optimizing and maintaining websites.
· Notes. Have a brilliant idea, remark or a comment? Make notes while working with the Web CEO tools. Add a comment for your client to explain the actions you performed.
· Settings for advanced optimization reports. Configure the settings for optimization reports to include more details. Change the settings for faster report building.
· Settings for Journal. Set up Journal to work your way. Configure time recording and note settings.
· Updated the Quick Launch window. New element is added: Web CEO Journal. Link Popularity tool is moved to the analysis section.
· Context help. Context-sensitive help system has been added so you could always find exact and relevant answers. All important controls are now supplied with tips that anticipate possible questions and help to use all the features most efficiently.
