As far as options are concerned, M3U To HTML Converter creates complete pages by default, with HEAD and BODY tags, and it includes the song lengths. These preferences can be disabled, though.

Moreover, you can include the file type in the HTML, use unordered lists or tables, apply the M3U filename to the HTML, instruct the app to automatically overwrite any existing files without user confirmation, as well as specify a link to the stylesheet along with a page title (if any).

It's also possible to exclude AVI, WMV, WMA, MPG, MP3 or WAV tracks from the playlist, as well as to customize HTML formatting settings when it comes to the artist, title, length and type. There are no other notable options available here.
