Truth be told, the application can feel a little confusing at first, but this is mostly because of the abundance of functions, features, and info fields, all bundled in the main window. There's a side panel with several preset types of accounts, such as computer, Internet, network, email, bank, encrypted files, and more, with the freedom to change them accordingly.

Every card is fitted with its own set of details and options, so it's best to manually save after each change to avoid losing any data. Cards also need to be fitted with passwords. It can take a bit of time to add a new entry though, with various requirement fields, which are not all mandatory.

A replacement word can be used for your password, while the application can be set to rotate the encryption key to prevent more powerful attacks. You can set an expiration date for the password, use Sicurpas Ghost algorithm, and set notifications to change passwords. Statistics are shown in real-time in the form of a graph. All passwords for the selected group are enlisted in a table along with most corresponding details.

Passwords are usually encrypted, with the possibility to view the real one on the spot. Built-in tools make it easy to generate new ones which can include various types of characters, with additional slots for manual input. The application also includes extra tools to help encrypt and decrypt files, which can be quickly accessed from the main window.

All things considered, we can state that Sicurpas Professional is more than just a personal password manager. Although it can't be used across a network for enhanced group management, algorithms and encryption methods used are sure to keep sensible files and accounts protected.
