You are required to choose the type of resources that closely match your needs from a built-in list. For example, you can enter data pertaining to employee, staff and customers, doctors, hospitals and rooms, vehicles and equipment, as well as hotels and conference rooms.

It is possible to add an unlimited number of events, along with start and end date, title, resources, attachments, tasks, costs and parent – child relationships. Aside from that, you can upload a picture (JPG, GIF, PNG and BMP), and there are other customizable fields, so as to input any information you deem necessary.
