flin4clean is a comprehensive and user-friendly application that comes packed with functions that offer you an easy method of organizing and managing information about clients and employees, as well as handle to-do lists, invoices and payments.

The software is aimed primarily for small and medium companies to automatically issue invoices and manage various clients' visits. It's wrapped in a well-organized and straightforward interface that contains all the provided features into a single window, but each one is opened in an individual panel.

When accessing the clients tab you have to input details for every customer, such as code, company name, social security and tax identification numbers, address, zip code, city and state, as well as various phone numbers, personal and work emails. Plus, you can manage the call days and the months that are added to the bill and invoice, along with the corresponding VAT and personalized invoice and payment descriptions.

From the same menu, you have the option to select the fee amount for calls, if your company manages this type of business, monthly or hourly fee values, and manage the scheduled services and materials. For them, all you have to do is input the quantity and price per piece, and the rest is calculated by the tool.

When generating a manual invoice you need to fill in the date and number, client code, company details, the bill's body, payment description and other additional information. Employees can be added as well, by inserting their full name, address, different phone numbers, email, contract type, birthdate, as well as the hire and dismissal dates, recruitment type and profile picture.

Another handy function is the supplier management, where you can enter data about all your vendors and to which you have the option to insert all the invoices billed to that specific provider, along with the total amount of money owned or paid.

Flin4clean is a handy and accessible utility that offers all the necessary features to easily manage small and mid-sized businesses, but not recommended to larger companies due to its simplistic and lack of advanced functions. It comes with organizational and managements tools to handle clients, employees and suppliers information and generate payments and bills.
