Bome's Image Resizer is a handy application which allows you to perform several operations on your image files, including resizing.
The interface of the program is very plain and simple to use. Images can be imported from folder by using the treeview only, since the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Evidently, batch processing is allowed.
You can check out the size of the picture and change it, as well as zoom in and out, allow enlargement and adjust the JPEG quality.
But you can also switch to full screen mode, go to the next or previous picture in the folder, as well as rotate, copy and delete photographs.
You can exclude an image from the conversion process, include subdirectories, enable Bome's Image Resizer to always recompress pictures, save settings, access recently opened directories, and more.
The straightforward program takes up a low-to-moderate amount of system resources and quickly finishes a conversion task without freezing, crashing or popping up errors. On the other hand, Bome's Image Resizer doesn't give you the possibility of creating image backups.
Also, there is no help file available and the interface is outdated. Even so, we suggest you give Bome's Image Resizer a shot to see if it matches your preferences.
