Intel JPEG Library Video Codec was designed to be a VFW driver based on the Intel JPEG Library, supporting decompression to RGB24, and compression from RGB24 & YUY2 formats.My PIII 1GHz system is able to capture 640x480 at 25fps in VirtualDub,so I imagine you'd need a P4 or equivalent for full frame capture.Source code is included for anyone who's interested.
