The Network Time Server Set utility will allow you to easily change your systems network time server, and sets the service to start automatically on startup.
To use Logon Message Creator, simply run the executable file ntpset.exe. Enter your desired NTP server (name or IP address) or select one from the drop down list.
Click the Submit button, and wait for the process to complete. [
