PURE CSS Menu Maker is a lightweight Windows application designed specifically for helping you create CSS drop-down menus.

You are welcomed by a clean feature lineup. The program gives you the freedom to keep track of all the components included in a project with the aid of a tree-like display.

There’s no support for a help manual so you need to experiment with the built-in features in order to understand how it works.

PURE CSS Menu Maker lets you define a new project by providing information about the name, specifying the saving directory, and selecting the type of menu that you want to create, namely horizontal or vertical.

What’s more, you are allowed to add multiple menu elements and submenus. You may cut, copy or delete menu elements, undo your actions, as well as arrange them in the preferred order by moving them up or down.

There are several customization options that can be used for tweaking the menu content (text, URL and target frame), style (e.g. font, text size, background color, text color), as well as output.

The best part about this application is that no matter how many adjustments you apply to your menus, you can easily check out how they look like in the preview panel. The generated menu is exported to HTML file format and can be previewed via your default web browser.
