The PreWarn application was designed to be a simple program that can be used to start other programs.When another program is started through PreWarn, PreWarn will first pop up a message window with a warning message or other message of your making. Then there is an additional choice via buttons as to whether the requested program(s) should be started.
To download from torrent links, you must download and install a bittorrent client
NOTE: If you have problems downloading PreWarn, please try to stop using your download manager and avoid right clicking on files.
