ScrollSave is a plugin that will save the scroll position for every one of your tabs. Save the position, and you'll be able to go there again easily. It will save or restore the positions for ALL open tabs.
ScrollSave works on frames, but only if the frame sources are on the same server as the main page, because of javascript's security policy.
