SimpleHelp allows you to expose an embedded remote support website to your customers, either on it's own served entirely by the SimpleHelp server, or embedded into your own website.
Customers will connect to your server and enter into a queue. Technicians then will service this queue by picking out a customer session to join.
Once a technician has joined a customer session the technician has complete control over the remote computer.
They are able to see the remote desktop, control the mouse and keyboard, transfer files back and forth, and chat with the user they are helping.
