3D Tower Clock is an animated 3D screensaver that displays your computer time in a more attractive three-dimensional form with different effects. 

The General Options tab allows you to configure the screensaver's behaviour according to your needs and preferences. 

The Digital Clock tab enables you to choose whether or not you wish the screensaver to display a digital clock besides the tower analog clock 

The Network tab of the Screensaver Settings window allows you to set a server name and port in order to make a NTP synchronization.
