Here you have to enter an URL ( your favourite if you want to ) in order for this application to simulate traffic. After entering it click on Test this URL. 

You are able to see here the status of your connection. You can choose to stay on and switch off. 

In the settings menu you can change your default URL and choose how to start the application. As well, you can edit the Internet properties.
