ALO Audio Editor allows you to open audio files from your computer and make changes to them. The Operation menu allows you to amplify, fade out, normalize, resample, invert, etc. 

The Filters menu allows you to set noch or peakEQ filters, band pass, long pass, high pass, low shelf or high shelf. 

The Options menu allows you to set colors for the main window, set border type, vertical and horizontal scale.
