The Files tab will display all the files you have selected and that you want to batch convert to another format. 

The Actions tab is the place where you can apply several effects to the pictures and you can resize, crop or rotate them. 

The Result tab requires you to specify the path of the output folder and enables you to preview the parameters of the selected output format.
