DBConvert for MS Access and MySQL's main window allows you to select the source database. Here you can fill in the MS Access database information. 

If you choose that the source database is a MySQL database, you have to fill in the hostanem, port, username and password and also the connection character set. 

The Settings window allows you to select the preferred skin, language and work folder.
