Active SMART's main window consists of several tabs with different information about the disk. Here is the Disk Information tab which displays Volumes on Drive, Drive Info, Transfer Mode and Device Info 

The Smart Information tab shows the Smart attributes list, by displaying the ID, the Sttribute name, The Threshold, Value, Worst and Status 

In the Preferences panel you can set Global notification settings which allow you to enable monitoring and temperature warnings at a specific time rate
