The Advanced Launcher displays shortcuts and menus custom configured. 

The Default tab in the Configuration window allows you to setup the toolbar, the icon and the view of the toolbar (Always on top, Flat buttons, Show border, etc.) 

The Programs tab in the Configuration window configures the location of the programs you would like to add to the toolbar, expand subfolders, etc. 

The Desktop tab in the Configuration window provides desktop setup options. 

The Explorer tab in the Configuration window allows to configure Explorer shortcut: command, parameters, shortcut key, etc.
