From the main window of Vuze you can easily browse on the dashboard, library and even publish. All you have to do is to sign in or log in. 

From this submenu you have access to the incoming TCP listen port. Choose the one you desire. 

Here you can configurate the transfer settings. Select the default max upload speed and max download speed. 

In this tab you can customize the IP filters. Choose the parameters that fit you in the best way. 

This is the NAT server port firewall test. Fill in the incoming TCP listen port and click test.
