In Backup Expert's main window you may see and easily manage the created backups 

When you create a new backup, you may select the destination for the backup set - local, LAN, FTP server or CD/DVD 

When you create a new backup set you may also choose some compression parameters or even split the backup file 

For a higher level of protection you may also encrypt the backup using AES 128-bit encryption or AES 256-bit encryption method
