In the main window of ColorCache you can see the Palette tabs and the color picking toolbar 

The Add color window lets you to add a new color in a palette by specifying the color Format and its Spectrum. You can see a preview of the color, too 

In the Palette Builder panel you can create your own palette by starting from a given color. ColorCache picks for you related colors that have Contrasting, Standard and Sombre Harmony 

This is the Preview window of ColorCache where you can see how the color that you have picked look like in a palette color scheme 

The Edit Formula Set panel allows you to select a Formula Set and a Comment for a specific color. The Formulas refer to Hue, Saturation and Lightness and are applied to the Source color 

The Options window lets you configure General options as well as options about HotKeys, ShortCuts, Formulas or Resetting 

In the File menu you can see a wide variety of exporting formats like the ones supported by FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop and others
