This is the main window of D2OL where you can view the drug candidate that is being analyzed, as well as the target. 

D2OL will display the status of the communications with the server, showing you the information that will be uploaded. 

The Properties window is the place where you can adjust the candidate queue size and the valid task period. 

D2OL offers you the possibility to connect to the internet using proxy servers, such as HTTP or SOCKS.
