Desktop Planner displays the current day and today's events, your tasks, a calendar view and some quick notes. 

Desktop Planner's context menu gives you access to most of the program's features, including New event, New task, Open Calendar, Synchronize, etc. 

The Theme Selector window allows you to choose the preferred theme for the application from the ones provided. 

The Appearance Options tab allows you to configure the application's look and feel according to your preferences. 

In the Display Options, you can customize various desktop panel display settings. 

Desktop Planner's Behavior Options tab lets you set the program to run at startup, enable update and choose the sounds for event alarms.
