EssentialPIM's main window - EPIM today tab allows you to see the tasks, todo's, appointments, etc. for the current day. 

EssentialPIM's New Note window allows you to quickly add/edit new notes. The window is similar to a simple text editor featuring font selection and size, bullets, etc. 

EssentialPIM's Task Info window allows you to quickly add/edit a task/todo/appointment. You can insert the subject, location, time, notes, priority and reminder. You have the possibility to make it a repeatable task. 

EssentialPIM's Contact Info window enables you to add/edit contacts by filling in numerous fields like first/last name, mobile, phone, etc. 

EssentialPIM's main window - Schedule tab displays a list of schedules for the current day. 

EssentialPIM's main window - To Do tab allows you to find, edit, add a number of tasks. The list displays subject name, start time, due date, completion and location. 

EssentialPIM main window - Notes tab enables you to manage your notes. Notes are grouped in folders, each note can have multiple subnotes. 

EssentialPIM main window - Contacts tab allows you to quickly find and manage your contacts. 

EssentialPIM Options window - General tab allows you to change some of the program's basic options like minimization to system tray, run on startup and more. 

EssentialPIM main window - File menu allows you to password protect your database, manage you database, print, basic file options (open, save, new, etc.) and access to the import/export submenus.
