In the main window of EssentialPIM you can see the main menus of the application. They are EPIM Today, Schedule, To do, Notes, Contacs and Trash. Here you can see the Schedule window where there are displayed all the activities programmed for one day 

The Task info window allows you to enter information about a new task that you want to add, by entering the Subject, Location, the start and end time, the priority and the category as well as some notes for the added task 

In the Notes panel you can add, edit, modify and delete notes. EssentialPIM provides you a set of common text editing instruments which allow you to select fonts, colors and paragaph alignment 

Here is the Contacts panel where you can manage your contacts list. If you want to find a contact, you have to simply enter its name and the category where you want to search it 

The Options panel lets you to customize some General options as well as options related to Modules and Security
