EverDesk Optima's main window displays the application menu, the folder manager, a list of your documents and the messages in your email account. 

The Documents menu in EverDesk Optima's main window allows you to create a new document. The Calendar shows you the events for the current day. 

The Address Book tab displays a list of all your contacts and detailed information about the selected one. 

To add a new contact to your address book you have to fill in this form: name, organization, picture, home page, birthday, etc. 

The General Settings tab enables you to customize the application's behavior according to your needs and preferences. 

The Mail Settings tab lets you select the default inbox folder, the time interval to check for new mails and some other mail options. 

In the New Message Options tab you can modify the identity for message composition, the mail format, your signature and some Smart Reply settings. 

The Junk Mail Filtering tab allows you to enable the automatic junk mail detection and customize the filter sensitivity. 

The Calendar Settings tab lets you select the additional time zone and a label for it. You can also set the working hours. 

In the Quickboard Settings tab you can choose to show Quickboard or not and you can also modify the Quickboard background color and captions.
