This is how the Likeoffice Excel Utility looks like in Microsoft Excel 2007. The added menu allows you to set a Filter, text, Formula, Worksheet, Format and Range 

In the Formula Submenu you may choose to Copy/Paste values in the current selection, or to mark Rounding numbers, Text only or Numbers only 

The Format submenu lets you set the Cells format, the Design header, the Worksheet view and format as well as the Num and Date formats
