After you have selected the FLV file you want to convert, you can choose to crop it according to your preferences. 

The Settings tab enables you to select the export path and type, the frame rate and size, and the audio codec. 

During the actual conversion, you will see a progress bar that displays the encoding status and the paths of the FLV and the video files.
