Fast Launcher's main window displays a list of tabs that contain shortucts to the most frequently used applications which you can group like in this image 

For the Tools tab you can see the wordpad, notepad, paint and calculator shortcuts that can be easily accessed from here 

Here you can see the Fast Launcher's menu from the system tray that allows you to acces the Groups, Items and Options menus 

In the Preferences window you may set preferences about Startup, Activation and Launching as well as Appearance preferences 

The Items window lets organize your shortcuts by managing the groups and items in too handy panels
