Click the "View" button from Internet Explorer, select "Toolbars" and then click "Feed Scout" in order to add the RSS-reading toolbar. 

The "Manage Feeds" menu can be easily selected from the toolbar and will display you all the available categories of feeds. 

Press the "Tools" button in order to enable or disable all the feeds, to add/ remove a category or to edit the existing ones.
