In the Compress one file window of Flash Optimizer, you will be able to select the flash movie that you want to compress, choose objects to compress and set the compression settings. 

In the Compress many files tab window Flash Optimizer, you will be able to select files that you want to compress. 

In the Details window of Flash Optimizer, you will be able to view a list with the estimated size for all the components.
