When you open GREmail Robot for the first time you can start by creating an account and in the same window configure the application's behavior. 

In the Jobs tab GREmail Robot will allow you to monitor and manage the existing tasks and also add new ones. 

The Edit job feature enables you to easily edit the parametres of a scheduled task or even disable it.
