HD Tune can perform a benchmark test for each of the drives installed on your computer. It provides details on transfer rate, access time, CPU usage and burst rate.
Info tab of the application shows details on the selected drive as well as the S.M.A.R.T. attributes available. You can choose which of them to be displayed.
