The main window of IE Internet Security shows you a list with the main restrictions that you can apply. They are grouped in Common Restrictions and User restrictions 

Here you can see the list of users to which you can apply the restrictions and for each user there are descriptions and notes that tell you exactly what is their status 

The statistics log file window shows the activity of a certain user that you can choose from the list of users. You can also select the amount of time during which the chosen user should be restricted
